I bought the digital deluxe edition and downloaded it. That part went fine. However, I was never sent an email reciept with my registration code in it. The funds were taken from my account, so that part is fine, but apparently without registering it I can't get the additional items or downloads.

As you bought your game from either Steam, the EA Store, or some other digital retailer, I would whole-heartily suggest you take it up with them on their own forums - the Bioware Store has nothing to do with the digital download process or support of the EA Store nor any other retailer, thus this forum will be very limited in its ability to help you.
I will suggest a few things, though - if it's just the games registration code you are after, i would suggest checking the readme file for the game (as in, I don't think they would email the code to you...more likely, it's imbedded in the readme or some other noticable file attachement). If its the extra content your after (if DA:O, then the Stone Prisoner, Dragon Plate, etc. - if ME2, then the Cerberus Network) then yes, you should have received an email listing the code needed...from whoever sold you the product, or simply EA in general...in which case, as i said above, i would suggest contacting the retail outlet.
Also, as always (it seems), this is technically the improper forum to post such concerns. The most suitable forum would possibly be the technical support forum of whicever game/platform you use - for future reference...this forum should only deal with concerns related to the store run by Bioware (linked above)...not its parent company EA, or any other retailer.
