Only some of the charater data is now being uploaded, such as accomplishments..  The main data with character levels, experience points, etc. do not change.  The date at the top of the screen says "last uploaded on 3/23/10"  which is two months ago and I play almost every day.  This may be the date that I installed "Awakening", but I am not sure.  Could this have caused the problem?  Can it be fixed?

Check your screenshots. If you limit has been reached on the site, that may prevent the character from updating. Delete some of them and see if it makes a difference.

Hi, I have the same issue. But how do you delete screenshots please? I can see them under My Content > Albums, but when I click the Edit button, I got an error message:

"This is a Dragon Age album and is not editable from the BioWare Community Network. If you wish to add photos, please do so in the Dragon Age game."



So I checked in-game under my Profile but all I did was actually deleting the screenshots from my HDD (*cries for the loss*), there is no option to delete the uploaded screenshots from the game menu...

I am having the same problem. No character data was ever uploaded, except when I used the character creator and clicked "upload character data" multiple times (like 20) when it worked. All game ports are open and almost no screenshots are present on the website. My achievements upload instantly, but the characters are never uploaded. I think that it's a good idea to add the "upload character" button that was in the character creator to the real game, since trying it multiple times seems to work and eventually force the data to be uploaded.

The screen shots are in the game and can be deleted there, however, I tried that and it did not help.

You can delete the screenshots in the main menu. I tried it but it did not solve the problem. I wish Bioware could help with this, as I really enjoyed the online tracking.

OK I found out how to delete the screenshots, I just missed the "Manage" button yesterday.

Go to My Games > Dragon Age Origins - PC

Then click the button [Manage Screenshots] on the left. It will open a new page, this one has a button under each screenshot to delete it :)

If you get this message: "Unable to connect to the on-line storage server", try again, it is only temporary.


And making room fixed the issue with my character data not updating.

Having the same issue - achievements will update; nothing else will. Going on 8 days now. All screenshots have been deleted, profile diagnostic checks out as OK.

Can you help with this problem??? Part of the enjoyment of the game is tracking the progress. PLEASE.

I deleted all characters from my profile, making sure I didn't have any corrupt data uploaded. Did this over a day ago, and still no updates.



Is anyone looking into this at all?

Time is not an issue here. When the characters update they usually update almost immediately. My character was never updated since I bought the original game in December 2009. Except when I repeatedly clicked upload character in the character creator which forced the game somehow to upload it. I went on to delete it from the site thinking this'll help the character get updated and now I'm stuck with no characters at all on the website. The tech support guys don't seem to care much for this aspect of the game, as I never got a satisfying reply from them. They count on the community to help you, and sometimes the community can't help you.
