I have a quest where the player has to find 3 missing workers. I have the plot flags for each missing worker I can get the quest to come up but i dont know how to make it update and give reward when the player finds the workers.
I have it link to a NPC and at the end the quest is put in the journal. I just don't no how to link them together.
 Any ideas?

When each worker is found, update the associated plot flag. If you want the journal to reflect who has been found, have a journal text associated with each plot entry that states "X has been found". If they can be found in any order, it would be best to organize them as child plots of the parent plot (the alternative is to have plot flags for each combination).
