Hi I was playing the broken circle quest and got the grimoire and gave it to morrigan immediatly and asked for the kiss as reward (was mostly jest, didn't want a romance with her) and now I'm stuck with her romance. I tried to break it off but Leliana (SP?) still won't open the romance options even thought I got +52 approval rating.
Did I do something wrong or is she just not availiable as a romance or I frakked it all up with that meaniningless kiss?
Made a mistake and started romance with wrong person.

I have the same problem! Well, sort of. I jested with Alistair about 'licking a lamppost in winter' and he asked if I would want to do that with a guy. I answered I would, if it was the right guy... And now I don't have any romance options with Leliana anymore, just with Alistair! I didn't think that conversation would matter so much, I thought you were supposed to flirt with several of your party members.
Maybe Leliana is just bugged, in that as soon as you start properly flirting with anyone, she locks up?

Leliana does get jealous of you two, try getting Leliana loyalty up and kee romancing Morrigan eventually love becomes too much for her and she wants to end it.

I can't help you specifically because as a female I couldn't romance Morrigan even though I tried, but Leliana is at least open to romance with women, in fact, she basically told me she was a lesbian, maybe she isn't open to males?

If you speak enough with Leliana, saying all the right things (as with every companion, just go with whatever he says/believes), she will tell you about a special flower, if I remember correctly. You may find this flower in the Brecilian forest and if you give it to her, you get a "special dialogue" scene, so to speak, in a similar way to Morrigan's grimoire. At that point, your chance of romancing her, go up exponentially.
Note, that you can effectively "end" a romance via dialogue, at camp, at any point, at a cost of 15 influence points (give or take), which is again trivially easy to win back, via gifts. Also note, that although you do have a choice to romance multiple companions at the same time, some of your companions do not react well to this and inevitably, at some point they will ask you to make a choice (at the very least Morrigan does not share and I'm quite sure Leliana doesn't either).

Lelianna's romance story is harder to initiate than Morrigans, but is definitely worth it i think

Oh I can assure you that Lelianna is not opposed to males.
I decided early to not pursue Morrigan (she's just a bit too self centered for my taste) though I do not know why how or what I did to get her to open up with me. Still, I have to say, besides the expected tumble in the tent, later when she declared her love for all to hear, (litterally!) the cut scene was something that I didn't expect and was blind sided by Bioware. I mean that in the best possible way of course.
I do intend to do another run through DA:0 and this time go through everything with a fine tooth comb since it seems that I missed out on quite a few things on this first run. So I will probably go with Morrigan just to see her romance and how its done. I just hope it as beautifully done as Lelianna's.

* My first character slept with Morrigan but never followed the "love" path. I was honest when Leilana asked (said it was just physical, a once off thing, etc) and continued to give her gifts and so on; she's MUCH slower to go anywhere than Morrigan, and at one point she will ask you to break things off with Morrigan.
* Morrigan says it's fine, but you lose a lot of standing with her. Best to break it off now, take the smaller hit in the long run if you're persuing Leilana.
