I searched the forum and didn't see any other posts related to this issue so hopefully I can get some help.

I downloaded and installed both the Stone Prisoner and Warden's keep with no problems.  I started my game, successfully played through both quests, and for the past 3 or so hours have been playing in the main story quest. 

For some reason I noticed when I went back to the Party Camp from Demerin (or Denerim??) that Sten was no longer wearing the Warden Commander armor that you get when you complete the Warden's Keep DLC.  I also noticed that Dryden has shown up in my parties camp where you can re-accept the quest to go to Soldier's Peak and that Soldiers Peak has been removed from my map.  

The weird thing is that Soldier's Peak shows up in my completed quests tab as having liberated it and that it is now a base for the Grey Wardens. 

Has anyone experienced a problem like this where the DLC seems to have 'reset' after completing it even though it still says its finished?

the Stone prisoner seems to be fine as I still have access to Shale in my camp.

Check in your taskmanager if your "daupdatersvc.service.exe" is running. If not, it could be the issue. Plenty of Posts in the Forum how to get it started if it doesnt do it by itself.
