LIke all sidequests. Commentary is preferred and I would like them to show what they upgrade. I looked on youtube but couldn't find any. If you find a written walkthrough that would be cool too.

massefect.wikia really is the best. If you want specific assignment walkthroughs, they have this list, they have maps of all planets, and pretty much everything you could want to know about the Mass Effect universe.

Asking for video walkthroughs is asking a lot. The game is so huge I would doubt there is any one source that has video walkthroughs for everything in the game. Plus, any given assignment can be quite long and often broken up so that it's done in parts or you can't finish it until later - things like that. Your best bet for video is to search in youtube using specific words like "mass effect wrex armor" or something like that. You'll usually be able to dig up bits and pieces of the mission you need help on.

www.cheatcc.com has a walkthrough if you don't like that one as well. Go look for Mass Effect 1, 2 and 3 in the Cheat Codes section. It's a clickable link at the top of the page...
