It can clone people, could it have cloned itself or something? Either way, it was an interesting species. Hope to find out more about it's origins in future ME games.

The Thorian is done with, it can only clone what it consumed and it did not consume itself

There are vague hints in ME2 about the Thorian and Exogeni and the aftermath of Zhu's Hope. Nothing specific as in a mission, but maybe maybe some possibilities.
