First of all I'm in a rather foul mood after Bioware store decided to
eat my Bio points without actually confirming my purchases so I can, you know, download them, so apologizes
in advance if I say something "out of line".
However, I've to say that Bio site is nowadays the most convulted thing I've seen in a long time. Half of the time I have no clue if I'm on Bioware DA site, DA expansion site, social site or EA site. It took me nearly hour to find a link to DA patch version 1.03 because apparently the best place for "patches and updates" is not DA site but community site - and then the link has been put on bottom of the page.
Then when I actually like to purchase some DA expansion stuff I get forwarded to Bioware store which is all fine and dandy except if you actually wish to buy Awakening which apparently is not DA related at all, so apparently you have to buy it from EA store and not with, say, your accumulated Bioware points!
Finding what stuff I actually have installed and redeemed took a while too since I had to found out the spot on the *social* site for that content... why can't you guys conveniently put all patches, game add ons and
expansions AND owned content into same frikkin site? Thank god you actually allow some content to be downloaded from the website and not crappy ingame downloader that still claims I haven't bought "Return to Ostagard" expansion... and also has a habit of marking some of my previous content as unauthorized until I relog a few times...
Oh and don't get me started about the support and account management. You have to jump through a half a dozen hoops before you can even write a single damn support request. You have to login to bioware's site to check point balance, community site to check content, EA site to be able to write feedback and to see your other purchases.... GRRRRRR!
Is one website with easy navigation and shared login REALLY too much to ask?
ARGH....

Summarization of OP's rant:
1) EA sucks (which, really, anyone anywhere will agree with that statement)
2) Bioware points are a pain (which anyone ever dealing with them would also agree with)

Indeed. Currently I've managed to get all content to actually download (save a few that still claim I have used the promo code for but that don't show up in the game). Now it just claims I don't have authorization for them every time I log on to Bio servers - the funny thing is that some items are authorized at times while others are not, and it changes these for every restart of the game. There's always an item or two missing - never everything authorized!
Sadly this also has made me skip all future game releases until they figure out a system that actually works. Sad for me, that is, because I like Bioware's games and own most of their games (even the older ones). Let the money talk in this situation - albeit I doubt they notice loss of one person anywhere. It's just not how big companies like EA work. I was looking toward the SWTOR too, but there are always other options (GW2 being the most interesting alternative on the radar).

Bioware sucks as well as EA. Been playing mass effect 3 multiplayer since day 1 and have accumulated over 1500 points. Yet still haven;t unlocked weapons like the javelin or black widow to name a few. All week long was given characters or reset points....enough is enough....do we all have to spend a 1000 dollars on spectre packs like most of the top 20 on the leaderboards to get weapons. I have put the hours and effort in only to be frustrated again and again. There is no such thing as random drops. I saw a level 5 with a black widow...either a bioware employee or brat. I hope they hack the heck out of this game....in a month no one will be playing..this game will have probably the shortest life span of the mass effect triology. Most of the people I play with feel the same. This game is all about money and how they can get the most bang with the least effort....its a disgrace to the gaming community and an insult to players who have followed the game since its inception....I just hope they try to clean up the mess they have created and give us in the gaming community some faith in what we purchase.

Bioware,
I wish I could honestly give you guys good feedback, The game was awesome until you return to earth, I swear I could take a dump on a piece of paper and create a better ending to this game. I liked what I experienced in the multiplayer demo, then after about 1 month of multiplayer time on the real deal, you guys are starting to tweak things like call of duty... Seriously?! Its not like we're playing against each other on your "Co-op" multiplayer. Id expect better from a company who revolutionized gameplay, and was neck in neck with other big titles.
It appears you guys have really lost your damn minds, I feel as though you guys half assed the hell out of this game, and are only making it worse with these weak ass tweaks to the online weapons. **** if your that concerned with seasoned players tearing through levels because the difficult weapons to get the hang of, example the "Falcon," you might as well just take it all away, and just release the volus class, and give us just melee from here on out.
You guys have snooped down to the levels of Call of Duty, and I seriously am considering cutting my losses and trying to get as much trade in credit for this mockery of a game.
On a positive side, if your looking for someone to wipe their ass on a piece of paper, and rolling with it, I'd love to send you my application, as all these other players would.
Thanks again for nothing!
P.S. Can I get my money back for this garbage you sold me a month ago?
