problem with dlc patches

Hi
My old computer recently went wrong
after a few months of waiting and after installing dragon age i no longer have acces to the dlc patches that i bought before before my computer went wrong(ostagar,warden's keep and shale) is there any way of getting them back?Im am still using the same account as i was before but there is no download option on the website.

Before i start off, this sort of question really belongs over in the forums concerning PC tech support for DA:O. This forum is devoted to the Bioware Store which has nothing to do with the DLC provided for the games registered through this forum.

But since you've already made one thread, I'll try to help anyways.  The way the DLC should have been downloaded and installed on your computer before would have been through the games DLC GUI...as in, when you boot the game up, reach the main menu, and log in, there should be a "Downloadable Content" option.  After clicking on that and waiting about 30 seconds to make sure a decent connection is made between the game and EA (be patient!), any DLC that you have unlocked (listed here) should go ahead and automatically start downloading/installing if they havn't already.  Also, the newer DLC's require the game to be fully patched...should be at v1.03.  If its not, download the patch here.

sorry about posting here

but i have already got v1.03 and all my dlc patches are listed but i cant download them maybe because i have already downloaded them on my computer before it went wrong

I have waited over an hour on"downloadable content" and still no sign

Are you sure your logged in with the correct BSN account? If so, what exactly is the Downloadable Content GUI in-game displaying? In the first tab, assuming it thinks that you dont deserve or havnt downloaded any of the DLC's, all the DLC's should be listed...if not, then check the other two tabs...and make sure that there is nothing displayin in the downloading or enabled tabs. If there isn't anything in the other two tabs, I would suggest posting in tech support...maybe someone there can help you out.
