Does anyone have a link to a list of locations you have to visit to get the Traveler trophy? It's the last trophy I need to get the Platinum. With my Arcane Warrior I went out of my way to try and visit every single place and do all the sidequests that include going to new places. After entering the final battle I was PRAYING the trophy would "ding", but it didn't. In total I had 98% of the locations visited. I've heard of people getting the trophy with just 90% coverage.

I really need a confirmed list of places I need to visit to get the trophy. Thanks.
