Serious squad? Well if I'm being 100%, completely serious it depends entirely on who my Shepard is and what the situation is. Different squad members have different pluses and minuses that all kind of balance out depending on what you need them for.
Granted, you're probably asking who my two favorite teammates are. In which case it's Garrus and Tali. But that doesn't mean I'd choose them for every mission and, in fact, I don't pair them all that often - they just really don't have great synergy gameplay-wise. Character-wise, sure, but that's not my primary qualifier on a mission, though it certainly is a factor.

Hmm... Agent Smith and Snape. The combined snarkitude would drive me enemies into piles of quivering goo.
