I'de pay for a scale model of DAT ASS
I am however a BA model making graduate and would love to make some ship resin kits
I wish I knew how to make resin kits cause I'd so make both Normandys. Heck I want just about all of Shepard's collection. But just to be reasonable I'll go with the Normandy 1 & 2. Yeah, if they produced just one ship I'd be happy.

Good idea, I wouldn't mind having a pre-made stainless steel Normandy SR 1 & 2

I've recently Emigrated and getting the required materials here will be virtually impossible. I should however be able to produce the same result with inferior materials. It would just take more time. Perhaps i'll make one and send it over to bioware.
They probably have people with these skills already though.
People have mentioned steel models? Why would you want steel? Resin has a perfect finish, and can be polished and painted (or even cast with metal powders to give a perfect metal appearance) with perfect accuracy. Metal (While I know how to work with it), is largely inferior fo this kind of thing, plus is weighs more.

YES! I was just talking to my friends about this... I would totally buy a model normandy, or the shadow broker's ship. I think there would be a larger market for model ships than selling an N7 jacket or whatever

I'd rather have an actual model kit of the various ships, than the pre-made dinky ones that are currently available, I refuse to spend $35 on a pre-made 6" model someone else built.
