i messed up on the signal tracing side quest at the citadel (the one that starts at the casino). I failed to deactivate the terminal and now i just get a message saying Mass Critical, that doesnt go even when i change planets.
is there a fix?

ok i got rid of the message but i cant complete that assignment because it doesnt give me any choices. if i go near the terminal it kills me, if i shoot it then nothing happens at all! how to i now finish the mission, as it seems like its a bug because its now impossible!
