I'd say she looks like Sinead O'Connor. That's who I first thought of when I saw Jack but when I looked up pictures of her, The only resemblance was the haircut.

I've done some research on who jack looks like and i'm pretty sure she look like megan fox.
I know it's hard to picture megan bald but luckily i found a picture. Look at it and tell me that she does not look like Jack.

Well Jack and Megan Fox both have stubble (in that pic of Megan anyways)... their faces look nothing alike and the tattoo's are an obvious difference... So yeah.. I would say they look about as much alike as Gary Coleman and Shaq do.
