I've bought both the X-Box and PC versions of Dragon Age and the PC version didn't come with shale so I've decided to play my X-Box one more. However I like how the PC version is set up, so I ask a question.
If I buy the DLC on the X-Box copy (Aka, Warden Keep) can I use that for my PC copy since it downloads and registers the download to my Bioware account?
Just a quick note about DLC (Both X-Box to PC)

Depends (i dont know the System from XBox).
If your game is registrated here with your DLC's, it should work (i guess). Cant promise though, better adress a email to Bioware for this > http://help.dragonage.com/

I don't think so. If you navigate to Profile> Your registered game promotions you will see that it lists different DLC for each PC XBOX and PS3. I have both wardens keep and shale and though both are listed under PC, neither are under XBOX or PS3. I do however have some of the minor ring and item DLC there.
