Archangel turning out to be Garrus was surprising. I think I chose the response that make's Shepard go WTF? But that is the good kind of WTF, unlike when the damn collectors took the crew.

Definitely the second one in the quote.  I remember being ready to hit the Omega-4 Relay and being shuffled off the ship(for no logical reason since I had absolutely everything done already).  When the Collector Ship showed up, my jaw dropped and I literally said, "Oh ****!"  Then not even two seconds later Joker mirrored my exact response, which made me laugh.

A bunch of the renegade interrupts, namely on Miranda's loyalty mission. Convincing Saren to kill himself was great -- reminded me of Fallout, telling President Eden that he's an abortion of science.

My biggest WTF moment was when I was peacefully driving on my first uncharted planet in ME 1 and getting acquainted with the MAKO and then suddently there is a roar and a fucking giant monster worm bursts from the ground and attacks me!!
I was like *oh god, oh my god **** **** ****!!*

But I survived, HA. With a burning MAKO however that could not take anything more at all. Well, I drove away... Returned however later after waiting 1000 hours for the shields to load,
