Since Haasth's thread seems to be more directed towards the random. I thought I'd dedicate a thread to my personal preference, that being instrumental. Any genre will suffice, as long as it's all or mostly instrumental. So what do you have, I'd love to add to my library.
Here's one I remember from my old music library, which I deleted (the dumbest thing I've ever done).

Debussy's Clair de Lune. I really enjoy it in that car commercial and at the end of the more recent Ocean's Eleven.
Zamfir's Lonely Shepherd
Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue
Copland's Fanfare for the Common Man
Tomoyasu Hotei's Battle Without honor or Humanity fromt he Kill Bill soundtrack
Of course, The Ride of the Valyries.
The introduction to Also sprach Zarathustra
Khachaturian's Sabre Dance
Fucik's well-known march, Entry of the Gladiators
I'm trying to stay away from soundtrack music because there was a recent thread on favourite soundtracks and I don't want to get too repetitive.
