Alright...you need to make sure that all three accounts are inner-connected. As in, you have an EA account...that supplies you access to these forums. You should also have a Journeys persona linked with that EA account, and then also your xbox360 live persona linked with that same EA account. Also, check over here: Left side tab -
Profile>Your registered game promotons. The link is a list of all your in-game DLC - make sure that the Journeys items are listed (they should be some of the few available to all three platforms) - if they are listed, then that clarifies that your EA account and your Journeys account is effectively and correctly synced...if you don't see them, then somethings wrong. Then, in that link and above the table of content should be your email, along with any Gamertags and PSN Names you have - if your gamertag is listed, then that clarifies that your EA account and your Gamertag persona is effectively and correctly sycned...if you see "None" instead, then somethings wrong. Otherwise, try being patient...it is a virtue, afterall.
