The upper ruins has a door to the warewolf lair thats barred. I've searched every inch of the lower ruins and just to the north of the arcane horror there is a map point saying "warewolf lair" in a small room, but there is no door or zone transition. I cant see any place that I've missed in the zone.

If you're talking about the Northeastern barred room in the Lower Level of the ruins you can unlock it by doing the "Elven Ritual" Side Quest

Ahh, It was a glitch. The room with the warewolf lair marker was the room with the pool of water yet I couldnt zone. I went back to the upper ruins then down to the lower ruins and I had the option to zone into the warewolf lair like I should.
