So , no problems whatsoever with Mass Effect 2 so far. Had a few spare Bioware points so I got the appearance stuff for the fun of it I guess.

Now , I can't log in to my account. It gives me an error at the game menu and asks me to fill in me Cerberus Network code to activate it. I havn't done that as it was activated ages ago and I'm kind of worried it might wipe my stuff. Help?

Edit : Tried typing in the code for CN , just said "already in use" which I know , but it won't let me access it.

It tells me to "Log into CN with the same account as I have it on" but it doesn't give me an option to , all it lets me choose is buy or activate....

1.  You're in the wrong place.  Bioware's presence here is practically nonexistent, and this is for game players to help other game players with GAME problems.  You have a SITE problem. 

2.  The Site Help forum has hardly any greater of a Bioware presence, but there is at least slightly more chance of getting in touch with someone from Bioware there. 

3.  EA handles official support on their own site.  That includes site problems.

Hey maybe another player has had the same problem , worth a shot. Thanx for the reply , but I'm not sure if this is a site or game problem. I'm not having a problem downloading it, I can see it in my account on here , i just can't log in , in-game.

Fixed it anyways. For anyone else with the same problem or any login probs on game menu :



Go to Extras - Options - Online , on main menu. Change it so it doesn't auto-login , then quit and restart , enter account details. Should work:)
