When ich make a new game or start a new game the gam load 2-4 seconds then he say ''The module can't be loaded'' i've reinstalled it for three times but it doesn't work else plaese can anyone help me ??

You are in the Tech Subjects Help forum for the Web Site itself. This is not for GAME halp. The official support is on EA's web site. The local user-to user Tech discussions are divided by platform between Macs, PCs, and the console platforms, so you have to choose the one for your game, and ask questions there.
For PCs, since there simply is no standard at all for any component, you must include a lot more information, and the guide to doing that is here:

The OP doesn't pay attention well at all. Instead of registering, he / she created a new post with the same complaint, and still without any system information, in the Dragon Age General Subjects forum, where it is equally off topic again.
