I seem to be missing a few of the achievements for squad mates becoming loyal. I know in the squad screen they are all loyal, and all squad mates are present, but I seem to be missing the achievements for these actions, for certain squad mates only. I don't know if it makes a difference, but I did install the game to my harddrive. Any information about this would really be appreciated, aslo feel free to ask for additional information on my part, hopefully we can figure out how to resolve this without me having to play the whole game over. Which I guess wouldn't be the worst possible outcome.
