I know I sholdn't be amused by this post but it is hilarious!

Voice: I play in German, so my opinion doesn't count on that one..
Body movement: Must be Liara. Whoever saw her dancing in the Flux can not think otherwise. Or he/she is that biased that he/she can not see the objective truth.
Body: Tali has nice hips. Liara (as well as I think all Asari) has a nice body, too. Asari also have normal feet and five fingers which is a small plus. Miri is also nice but I loathe her suit.
Face: I go with Liara here, (ME1 Liara..) I must admit that she appears pale in ME2 because of the stupid lighting in her office. Jack is also very pretty when she hasn't got her rage face. She needs hair though.

And also a very nice woman who is forgotten by many is the Destiny Ascension captain. She looks good!
