Hello!

Two of my Dragon Age characters have had their online portraits replaced by some large screenshot (different from each other and screenshots that I have never encountered).  This would not be a problem, but the character pictures completely blot out the character details (items equipped, stats, etc.).  I am playing the game on a PC only.  My three other characters are normal for now.

Is there any fix, in-game or via the Bioware site?
