Had problems with registering game (360) and login issues but they seem to have been fixed. still no char or any other info showing though :/ Changing topic to reflect change in problems lol. Everything seems kinda messed up here.

I don't know if you still need help with, but here I go. There should be a card inside of the DA:O box that has a 16 digit code (4 sets of 4 digit numbers).

No, I've been doing the same thing over and over with the same result untill it just seemed to fix itself. I couldn't stay logged in or register the game which I'm guessing was caused by me not being able to stay logged in. Got another problem now though. Got no info as I said earlier regarding game progress. No chars, no story stuff, no achievements. When I go to manage chars I get an empty page which seems to be supposed to list PC chars. When I created the account I did it when I installed the char creator. Not sure if that's messing up things.
