Yes, several, Cypher. The one Silver's talking about is the Ashley Williams for ME3 squadmember. For a link, go either to pretty much anyone in here's profile or look in the OP.

What I'd like to see for Mass Effect 3 is difference of dialogue depending if you charmed Ash in ME1, making her with or without her alien prejudices depending entirely on it.

This.

That's what was sad about ME2, Ash still had a slight dislike for aliens. At the end of ME1 she clearly changed her views when i paragoned her. Guess that is one of the many things Bioware did'nt bother to import.

Yeah I know what you mean, we saw her finally change her convictions after a debate with Shepard and afterwards it was like she was a different person. I hope that was just a once off line in Mass Effect 2 and that she's doesn't remain distrustful to aliens in Mass Effect 3 or that if she does we can at least paragon her a second time (I have to confess I only ever found out you could paragon her after I had finished playing the game so on my 'to do' list is also to do a playthrough in Mass Effect 1 where I do convert her properly) to make her trust aliens again.
Or better yet just have her be depicted as more open minded about aliens and that maybe that's one of the things that changed about her over the course of the story and losing Shepard.

Thanks for the bump, Night!

Personally, I'm not optimistic about an appearance for the VS in the Liara DLC.  I know there's some "big surprise" they're not marketing, but if it turns up to be Ash/Kaidan, I'll almost be angrier, as if BioWare is saying, "Ash and Kaidan aren't a big draw and don't sell copies, but we're tossing in a 3-minute cameo to satisfy the fanbases so they'll stop asking for unique and separate content."

I want BioWare to acknowledge Ash and Kaidan in some fashion, be it in a "Yep, we know you guys exist" message or in game content ... but I do honestly think that we won't see either of them again until ME3 at this point.  As others have pointed out, Liara had the Shadow Broker plot - Ash/Kaidan don't have any huge loose ends to tie up left open by ME2, except for the relationship with Shepard.... and dealing with that wouldn't give the fans much opportunity to pewpewpewpew (which is clearly what all ME fans want). Yeah I agree, I'd still rather see it (and expect I will see it only) resolved in Mass Effect 3. Hopefully this is going to be something big and very heavily fitting to the plot and I think it would be better to have Shepard and Ash reconcile emotionally rather than just get pulled together into a three hour mission that suddenly resolves all their past problems just for convieniance.
Besides as I said I don't have Xbox Live or any way to downlaod DLC so from where I'm standing it would be impossible for me to play anything involving Ashley DLC wise and the worst case scenario then is that it is essential to the plot of Mass Effect 3 that I play it but am unable to and as a result get stuck with the default story.

I mean giving me something involving Ashley after I've demanded as much for so long only for it to then be unobtainable is just cruel.
Like finally making a toilet for wheelchair bound people in University but then putting it on top of a huge staircase.

EDIT: So yes in conclusion it would be great for Bioware to show some recognition to the Ash/Kaidan fans at long last but in the meantime I think I'd rather just wait until Mass Effect 3. It may be hard but as has been said before:

ASH IS WORTH IT.

Lo there Ashley-fans. I've hammered together a poll to try and chart the popularity of the game's love interests based on age and gender of gamers and I'd appreciate your input. You can find the poll here. Thanks, and have a good day y'all ^_^

3 mintues?! :o

I´d be very pleased if the VS was just mentioned  in Liaracs dlc. Having the VAs do 10 more lines can´t be that expensive...
For example Liara could simply ask if Shepard had seen either one since he/she got back to life. I mean, Kasumi briefly mentioned the ME2 LIs too and people were happy... That´s not too much to ask for, right?

Alright, for something completely different. Everyone so far has been talking about continuation of relationship with Ash from ME1. Let's not forget that ME2 is a stand alone title, and this will most likely be the case for ME3. This raises the question of how new players might start a relationship with Ash either in ME2 or ME3? Can they even do so if no saves were imported?

I remember that at the beginning of ME2 when Normandy was being attacked, when Ash comes with a fire extinguisher, you can either be a neutral to her or be a jerk, and that choice slightly alters the following cut scene. So may be the game reads that as a plot flag and carries it over to ME3.

Wow, this is a really nice pic! I dare say that I hope this side of Ash is reserved for Shep alone, any other guy is going to make a move for her. Heck, Jacob might forget that he's my bro and decide to go for a new "priiiize"
