I'd really like to say, but I have not been able to find anything on the Wiki for this. Best guess is showing/training new platoon members. Maybe  even doing more ZG Certs for new Soldiers.

She did maintain the weapons in ME1, but I'm not sure...

"Gunnery Chief is a rank that was created for the game. While the Alliance largely follows standard Western/NATO nomenclature, you'll find a handful of invented ranks.

So I suppose her duties wouldn't actually be equivalent to Gunnery Sergeant.

I assumed she was responsible for keeping the weapons in working order, keeping them organized and catalogued, logging requisitions for them,etc.

Based on what we've seen in-game, I agree.  We know that Ellison (who trained both Shepard and Ash at boot camp) is a Gunnery Chief, and a Gunnery Chief is also responsible for the Sir Isaac Newton speech in ME2.  I think she took care of the weapons on the Normandy because it's where she felt most comfortable, not because it was required of her - but I don't know.

Agreed. I would have liked to have had the option to tell Ashley or Kaidan that I started asking about her/him the minute I found another human being to ask, and never stopped looking since. Shep's interaction options seem so aloof, distant, defensive. They should have allowed us to make Shep more emotionally responsive to this person that he/she is supposed to be in love with.

I think it is generally agreed upon by most of Ashley's fans that problem with Horizon is not Ashley and her dialogue, but rather the lame dialogue options and response of Shephard.

I still facepalm everytime I play that scene and listen to Shephard greet his lover after two years apart with:

"Been too long Ash, How have you been?"

Besides, that statement doesn't even make sense really, because as far as Shephard is concerned it would only have been a few days/weeks at most.

It kind of makes sense from a certain point of view. Shepard doesn´t know if she has moved on or not. It´s possible that she is in another relationship, and Shepards lines can be interpreted as being careful.



But at least we got a hug... better than nothing... : /

That's certainly part of it - especially with his comment that she's moved on and didn't want to reopen old wounds.  Of course, I'd rather he not be all stoic and noble and be able to actually tell Ash how he feels.

sheps dialogue dose suck,but the whole horizon reunion becomes worth it when she says "we had something shepard...something real....i...i loved you" and that is why nothing she says too me makes me angry.

forget about the Horizon part...chances are that with the DLCs that are said to build the story between ME2 and ME3 we wil lsee more of Ashley..let's just hope it will be what we fans want it to be

Added new Video (hi-res 1440 x 900) of Ashley on Eden Prime running/fighting the Geth. I had some sound problems from the rest of the videos I made last night. Will try tonight or this weekend to get as much Ashley Video's on the OP as I can.



Side Note I'm doing fresh play any options that you all think I should do? Default skin, War Hero, Earthborn used and following the Paragon side.
