well let's see...an old argument about Horizon...u were working for Cerberus...she was Alliance...Cerberus is a terrorist group...why would Ash trust SHep anyway...maybe he is controlled...or maybe she thinks she dosen't know SHep as she thought...either way...her reaction is normal regarding the events...and SHeps wonderful replies

and i like ruthless Ash...but only when there's need...

but S/He's commander Effin Shepard some of the time a Victim of a cerberus experiment so there has to be a bonafide good reason for her working with them. especially if you have GARRUS (and for some modded games Tali aswell) in your party. If half of your origional crew is working with cerberus something really must be funky for that to happen so why can't she just be smart and go along with it.

Just see the edit to the posting I made 5min ago .. as I said, we are a very protective crowd if it comes to stand in for Ash.

I hope BW realises this and does not dare to deny us Ash in our squad for ME3 ....

Indeed. That mysterious half smile she has that makes you wonder what is going on in her mind at this exact moment. I can see that, very similar. I also like the way one eyebrow is raised, I think that perfectly matches that spark that Ashley has.

Its a goog picture, hope that we get to see what has been happening on Ash's side of the fence with any upcoming DLC.

I have just started to appreciate it lately as well. Very odd. Before I took a really good look at it, the shadow had made it look like her eye was really weird or something.

Hey, just wanted to drop in and show my support! Ashley is probably my favorite female in the series, -maybe- tied with Jack, but unlike Jack, Ash is the only girl I think really could understand where my FemShep is coming from and be a supportive friend to her. I really want her back in ME3.



Also, I've never played a ManShep, but my friend showed me the video of him looking at Ash's picture, and I had to go 'awwwww'. That was so sweet!

Probably not, but maybe one of the writers wanted to break the mold for once.

Welcome! I hope you come by more often.  I also agree with you on Jack being the only other female character that can compete with Ash for me, personally.

The scene with Shepard looking at the picture of Ashley is one of my favorite in ME2.

Awww. I've never been all that invested in male Shepard's LIs since I haven't played them, but I still get the warm fuzzies with that picture moment. The hug is really nice too. I wish she would've given FemShep a friend-hug instead of a handshake. I got to hug Tali, but I couldn't hug my female wingman? Oh well, maybe next game.

So do I...those two scenes (the Normandy scene more than Horizon, if only becuase there's no terrible dialogue to ruin everything) are the reason I keep replying ME2.

They should hug even if they aren't LI's IMO b/c, I mean, two years is a long time for friends as well. I'd hug my friends if I hadn't seen them in years/thought they were dead. Handshake... really?

I agree, close friends often hug after all. I don't remember the last time I shook a friend's hand in a non-joking manner. Another thing about Horizon that feels wrong to me, I guess. *sighs*
