I think the possiblity of a VS DLC is still there, if Liara got a whole DLC, I think the VS deserves one as well.

Oh absolutely they deserve one, I just don't think that on is coming, and I won't until I hear some kind of indication that Bioware is still aware that Ashley and Kaidan exist.

I imagine there won't be many more armor and weapon packs. There's no way they sell well.

I'm guessing with LotSB just having come out yesterday, we still have a couple armor/weapons packs to go before the next major DLC.

I'm hoping for some sort of VS DLC sign in October, with a December/January release, but I can't be certain.

I'd wait until DA2 is released, personally. I don't expect anything Mass Effect related of any note will be released until then.

Yeah, they definately ganked the people who romanced Kaidan/Ashley in ME2, all we get is the "I hate you for joining Cerberus!" line, and then a small e-mail (which was nice), I think it'll be kind of bogus of Bioware to NOT have some kind of DLC for them. Although, I'm pretty sure that the VS WILL be in ME3.

Well LotSB has given me more hope for some Ash/Kaidan dlc, but i'm still not getting my hopes up to much, the potential is clearly there for some Ash/Kaidan dlc, but do Bioware actually care about us? Will they actually do something for us? I hope so, but we will have to see. Hopefully they will finish mending the wreck they did to the ME1 LI's in ME2, LotSB was a good start, now lets have something for Ash/Kaidan please!

Well, I think there is evidence.  Let's see:

1).  ME1 LI have proven to be important to the developers.  Cameos in ME2 prove that to me.  This leaves tying up loose ends for the downloadable content.  Remember when ME2 was first released and Liara fans felt shafted.  Well, guess what?  It was because LotSB was planned from the beginning...now look at the fans, they love it.
Those cameos were put in there for a reason: it's because the Survivor's story couldn't be jammed into ME2 and do it justice.  The Survivor (especially if a LI) is given the same treatment as Liara was given in ME2.  These characters are important to the developers and important to the story, I have no doubt that the Survivor will get the same treatment in the form of good download content as Liara did.
2). Missing dossiers just mean that their story hasn't been written..much easier to omit them then to put some half-assed random tidbits and have to work those into a much deeper story later.

There are a bunch of business reasons too, but I think you know as well as I do, that if there is demand, it will come.  Bioware wants to make money, I think they can with a Survivor pack.

my idea for ash/alliance DLC.



you get a new message from allinace command asking to meet with you on the citadel.you go to the alliance embassy.inside waiting for you is admiral hackett and anderson (serving in whatever capacity counciler or admiral it works both ways) they tell you that a squad or division of alliance marines has gone awol and the alliance brass is afraid they might cause problems they want you to team up with there best alliance soldier and bring these rogues in or take them down.



they give you the coorodinates to meet with the alliance contact.when you get there the alliance contact turns out to be ash (or kai) cue romantic dialogue.after a heart warming hello and a lilttle bit of explaning (on both sides) you get to work.ash informs you that the alliance radicals are planning to destroy a turian colony.



this will remove the stigma as ash being seen a racist once and for all seeing as she is fighting to save a purley NON-HUMAN colony.kickass misison insues where ash and shepard procede to save the colony.all alliance radicals are killed (reluctantly of course).cue more romantic dialogue ash and shep heal old wounds and you are rewarded with a kiss on the check and a smile.parting of ways (for now ash gets a medal turian and human relationships improve greatly all is well.....for now.you get another email from the alliance brass telling you to come back to the citadel embassy ASAP.when you return you find ash,hackett and anderson all with hauinted looks.



it turns out that the alliance retrived some of the dead bodies of the radicals and check the logs of the patrol ship the marines used and turned up some highly distrubing resualts......



THE MARINES WERE INDOCTRNATED!!!!!! they came across another dormant repaer on patrol and fell prey to it insidous mind control.there misson was almost 100% intended to ruin turian and human relationships further destabalizing the galaxy paveing the way for a much easier invasion.

To me, at least, the LoTSB DLC seemed to have a lot of elements that fans have been asking for.  That, more than anything, makes me think that there will be VS DLC.  Call me foolishly optimistic, but I think VS DLC is not a question of "if," but "when."

I would love if Ash or Kai got there own hub world like Liara and Ash and Kai come upo to your cabin after you beat the DLC and you talk or have sexy time
