I threw my controller across the room when I met Ash in ME2. I even got more upset on Illuim.

Well I have both Shep's, one female and one male, one for Kaidan and one for Ash.

Needless to say that my femShep with Kaidan is only for educational purposes, because the man is really a embarrassment.
Specially at the end of the love scene in ME1.

But back to Horizon, worst of all is the same line and reaction from both male/female Shepard, wich disappointed me a lot.
The e-mails you receive from Ashley/Kaidan are a lot different from each other, but why Shepard reaction has to be the same?

Man and women don't react the same way when dealing with emotions.

But yeah, I stopped the game for 10 minutes after Horizon, I was so p.iss off you can't imagine.
Then for crowing things there was Illium after that.

Bioware sure tried to kill us with deception.

Well I dunno, it would feel sorta out of character, when on duty a female soldier must have there hair in a bun, and Ash does, but when off duty, that's a different story. I am for Ash having her hair down for a love scene in ME3, but when on duty, keep the bun.


Yeah, I was pretty damn gobsmacked during Horizon, but I kept playing on hoping for Ash to make another appearance, but sadly it never happend.

I agree with the idea of letting her hair hang down.

But I'd also like to see a scene after the initial romance scene, i.e them lying in bed afterwards and just talking and holding each other close. That would work wonders I think in terms of characterization to have them both have a secondary conversation after the initial one.

I like this idea alot! But aslong as there is conversation included, then it would be perfect, but I dont want the awkward ceepyiness that there is in ME2 when Shepard calls his/her ME2 LI up to his cabin. But I realy like the idea of a post love scene bed connversation.

How do you think the Ash/Kaidan dlc will introduce Ash/Kaidan?


I'm thinking Shepard will get a email from Anderson requesting urgent assistance from Shepard, and that  he must report to the Presidium on the Citadel (maybe Jump zero even) And ofcourse when Shepard get's there he will see Ash standing with Anderson (and maybe Hackett) Or if not standing with them, after Anderson tells Shepard why they have called for his assistance they tell him one of there best soldiers will acompany him, and that there history wiith Shepard may benefit the mission, Ash/Kaidan is then called into the room.

A great way to do this would involve the Alliance with the Ghost race. There is too much build up with the Ghost race in the Cerberus news and we know Bioware has no problem taking elements from there(Tela) so there is a demand for that but also for VS DLC. Why not combine the both? People whop want more Ash and Kai will get there fill(make them doe like Liara:D) and people who only care about the story will also get there fill. Plus it would be good story brdiging DLC.

Also would work well since if they do VS DLC they need a story that will pull in the non fans like LotSB did. It was about liara but also teh SB, thus it was a good deal for everyone. Right now the Ghost ship thing is a very intresting story, why not put that with VS DLC? It would work better in terms of buisness.  I agree theres a lot of stoires but for VS DLC to be a huge success, it also needs a story to lure in the non fans like LotSB did.

Agreed, although finding out what the Alliance are up to might be enough for most people, as they played a huge part in ME1, but they played no real part in ME2. I like the idea of the ghost ship being part of the Ash/Kai dlc.

          i like your idea...simple and should attract all players in....but i am thinking maybe meeting Ash at a certain location...dunno..i just like this idea more

I have made so many male Shepards who romanced and stayed faitfull (not one of them cheated) to Ash, I made the mistake of giving most of them the same name tough *shakes head* You can see what's wrong with that when importing, lol.



I have done some none import playthroughs though to try out the new LI's, I thought they all felt pretty rushed, but I think Jack's and Thanes were both pretty good, but still Ash, Kaidan and Liara have the best..

The two male Sheps stayed faithful to Ash, I had two female Sheps who stayed faithful to Kaidan, and I have a female Shep who is best friends with Ash, almost like they are sisters even. I am thinking about doing a male Shepard and Kaidan best bro's playthrough. I love Ash and Kaidan so much.<3:wub:

We all do! I pray for a Ash/Kaidan dlc, and that they get the big role they deserve in ME3

Sounds like you plan you're playthroughs out alot better than I do, lol.

I was thinking about doing a Kaidan best bud playthrough too, I have one femshep playthrough with him as a LI but I find it so hard to sacrifice Ash, I have only done it once to see where Kaidans story goes, I also have a femshep and Ash best buds playthrough

Heh, I just heard another Ash quote I've never heard before, I usualy take Ash and Kaidan out on missions, but for some reason, I never did for Feros, I did this time and I just heard this:

Kaidan: ''Looks like the Geth are settling in nicely''

Ashley: ''Dosent matter. Were their eviction notice''
