Nicely done!  I always liked Ashley's attutide so if "ManShep" must be on the trailer, Ashley should be by his side.

Actually if I remember right, her sister was stationed on a distant planet colony, not Earth.
I don't remember the full detail, just that when Shepard asks Ashley about how strange it was to leave her station just to go walk her sister to school, she says that 'it's not like I'm going all the way to Earth or something'.

So I reckon that means her family isn't on Earth.

Her family is on Amaterasu.

I wonder what kind of Missions the Alliance has Ashley doing besides what she did on Horizon?

On Horizon it was more of a checking info mission...besides that...who knows..hope something important and not just errands(a black listed familly name does get that)

The ME3 trailer was pretty awesome, but it makes me wonder if there will be any time for any sort of romance with Ash if things are going to be that hectic. Ash/Kaidan will be in ME3 somehow, Casey Hudson said as much when ME2 was launched, reason for Horizon was to keep them safe etc... My point I'm trying to make is to wonder when, where and how Ash reappears in ME3.



The other thing I'm now wondering about is any future DLC that may involve her and Kaidan. It's about a year till ME3, and a bridging DLC with Ash in it would really whet the appetite and keep the interest up for ME2 players who are no longer playing the game. I think it can still happen, but it depends on how much resources can be devoted to DLC.



Going to be a long year's wait to see the conclusion of what happens to Ash and Shep.

I have never bought the Casey Hudson keep them out of me2 to keep them safe bit. I think it was marketing bull to placate Ash fans. Keeping her off the crew to keep her safe is one thing. To give her a 3 minute cameo that didn't satisfy Ash fans or give her a good introduction to players that start with me2 was was stupid. She could have and should have had a much larger role and she still would have been safe. This has irrated me from the very start and BS lines from bioware to try to assuge my fears actually make me more angry. Silence from bioware about Ash since before the release of me2 just compounds the problem.
What will they do for ME3?   I have no idea. But I will find out before I buy it. If I don't like what they do I wont buy it.

Oh Liam.  You're always so angry!  I have a theory. It could be bunnies.  No wait, that's not the right theory.  I have another theory.  That LotSB sets up VS DLC.  The big stickng point between Shep and Ash is she doesn't believe he was really dead and really forced to work for Cerberus.  Liara is the only one with first hand proof that Shepard was dead and one of the few people Ash would believe on the matter.  Plus, now Liara is in the position to learn where the heck she is so Shep could go after her.  It's PERFECT!  It's coming.  I can feel it.

And also another peace of info, sheppards vessel for ME3 is SSV Normandy SR-2. So i think we will be seing, alot of mmbers of squasd from firts two games. After all sheppard is back in alliance.
