After Ash, I think Joker is my favorite. One of my fem!Sheps has been pining for him since ME1.  Although, it could be because he's voiced by Seth Green.

I used to like Ash a lot more, but for some reason I see myself losing interest in her. I can't really think of why, maybe it's because I haven't played the game since early November. I'm not trying to troll, I just want people to resell me on Ashley, because I remember her being my favorite LI.

I will say that's probably becuase of ME2, I really didn't llike what Bioware did with her in ME2. They didn't even import the character development we went through with Ash in ME1, I hope they do for ME3.

Well there are alot of things to like about Ash, but that depends on if you like it I suppose.

She loves her family, clearly putting her loved ones first (when she can) a love for poetry, can kick almost anyones ass in a fight, and is a great solder, who can probably shoot a Krogans quad off one nut at a time, from a hundred meters.

Character development with Ash in ME1 is great, and is the best I have seen in a game, not only do we shape Ash, we shape Shepard, as he can share alot in common with Ash, or not for that matter. Speaking to Ash we can choose if Shepard believes in god, or if loosely, if he dosen't but dosen't have a problem with it, or if he hates religion. How he views aliens. If he went to the same same training accadamy as Ash. If he does or dosen't like poetry.

Some people dislike her views on aliens and religion, but I like it, brings more depth to the character, I think the people that dislike that only dislike it becuase it's too realistic for them to handle.

Ash aint a kiss ass, some fans may like characters kissing Shepards ass, but I dont it's unrealistic, so i'm pretty glad she dosen't always agree with Shepard.

She is a women, not a object. Developers have a habit of making female characters like a oblject, just there to look good, and not have any depth or realism to them, Ash is realistic, she is a women of the military, not a stripper.

She is a complex character, she dosen't trust aliens, but she dosen't hate them, and she hates pro-human groups like Cerberus and Terra firma.

She has some of the best quotes (see OP for some of them)

And ofcourse Ash is worth it

This.  She got a raw deal in ME2.

Everything that Funkcase said is a reason to love Ashley. All that good stuff going for her in Mass Effect 1 was enough to not let the raw deal she got in Mass Effect 2 compromise my view of her. I am positive that she will return in Mass Effect 3 though, with all the good stuff from before, well and truly making up for her absense in Mass Effect 2.

@ Spornicus Also, look at the pictures. That's all I ever need to remind myself why I like Ash;)

Hey Ash fans, I posted this in the Ash group but didn't seem to get any traffic, so being the attention **** I am, I'll post it here, looking for some feedback.

I sketched out a quick line art drawing of Ash and wanted to get some opinions.

Does it actually look like Ash?

Should I go with the Shepard dress shirt and socks look, or a uniform.

Heck lets roll with the School outfit as one idea. White shirt under a Dark Blue Blazer/Bib and Black or matching skirt (closer to Knee length) to go with it. Considering the pose the skirt could be pushed back to the back end of the thigh (holding that sexy tease.)


The other idea I have is to put her in a Tan(darker Tan) shirt and blue jeans/Light Tan Khakis.
