i think she has to be in me3 because of the way you can remain loyal to her in me2MillaShepard wrote...
@REMspace I honestly can't imagine that Bioware would just completely dismiss either VS from ME3. I remain hopefull that we'll get bridging VS dlc and that the role of the VS in ME3 will be much more signifigant.
My brother (he loves Ash like us) always says: "Hey Bioware, WE WANT ASHLEY IN ME3!!!"...
^^ I think the true Ash fans make up a smaller percentage overall in comparison to other popular characters in ME, but i feel like if we all got together and screamed what your brother says here, it would overpower the voices of all the others... Ash fans are loyal. At least that's how i feel.
another question is i was suppose to stay loyal to her because in the cut scene before the suicide mission there was no romance but after i beat the game and everything i talked to tali and there was a romance scene will that do anything to my me3 romance

She reminds me of some characters from some very good movies.
First, I thought of how she was similar to Trudy Chacon in Avatar, who is played by Michelle Rodriguez. Trudy is a valuable companion just like Ash and has a few good dialogue lines throughout the movie. She takes a role similar to Ash's in a sense that she is a soldier(or pilot) who has spent years fighting the Navi, yet sides with Jake Sully and the Navi she had been taught to hate to do the right thing, sacrificing herself to defeat the RDA mercinaries.
The second is a bit different and only slightly similar. The character played by Mark Wahlberg in the Departed, SSG Dignam. That said, Ash
a) curses a lot less
However bombastic and hilarious he may be(those of you who have seen it will know what I'm talking about), he doesn't take crap from anybody and is dedicated to doing the right thing, like Ash does. And, like Ash, is not exactly the easiest person to talk to. Whatever you may have thought of him throughout the course of the story, he does the right thing in the end, just like her.
Wow, that took longer than I thoought it would.

*Takes a bow* thank you thank you...
In reference to your most recent post, i gotta say i can really see the similarity between Ash and Marky Marks Character in The Departed. He's difficult to get along with if he doesn't trust you, but like you said, he does the right thing in the end. Why he is that way is left to the viewers imagination, but if he's anything like Ashley, then he has very good reason.
@garrusandashleyfool - great name btw

@garrusandashleyfool - great name btw- if you stayed loyal to Ash throughout ME2 but pursued a romance with Tali after the suicide mission, i believe it's now saved to your story and will be imported to ME3. You can however delete that save and re-do the suicide mission if you want. I highly encourage that, i'm sure you can guess why..

I'm still at work now... but I would add something about Tali romance: you're right Mila, I think the same. Tali is just a little sister for Shepard and we can not see her like a girfriend for him... >.<
Honestly, I always thought that Ashley was the right girlfriend for Shepard (Liara also seems a bit like a little sister for him, at least in ME1, but that's just my opinion).

^^ Agreed. My MaleShep loves Ash and Ash only, and views Tali and Liara as nothing more than little sister figures.
My FemShep loves Liara and only Liara, and sees Ash as her "Partner in Crime," and Kaiden as big brother despite how he feels on the matter.

My FemShep loves Liara, or sometimes remains single (in truth, I romanced Kaidan only once, just for curiosity...), but in ME2 there's Garrus with her... ^^
Garrus is my favorite male character in ME and I think is a good brother for my MaleShep.

@REMspace Garrus is my buddy too! with that said, i believe it's time for an Ash pic. this one seemed appropriate. ...
Damn. That's a bit extreme, but totaly in character for Ash (subtle as a boot to the head).
Almost makes me afraid to import my male Shepards who romanced Miranda and Jack into ME3..
There's just something about the way Ash handles guns that makes me love her all the more so.

^^ Me too Master, me too <3
And I hear ya. If any of my MaleSheps had it in them to leave Ash for any other LI, i imagine they might, maybe, kinda, sorta, feel the need to watch their back. haha

Eh, I disagree. First, the term "cheating" is all wrong. Generally in ME2 both Ash and Shepard are free to do what they want with whoever they want if you want to get technical. Would it kind of a be a jerky move on Shepard's part to move on so quickly? Sure. But it's not cheating.
And while I think Ash would be hurt by it and even angry, she wouldn't retaliate save for a few hurtful words. She'd make her point as bluntly as possible, tell Shepard he's a jerk and she's sorry she wasted a year or two of her life thinking about him when she lost him and then she'd move on and keep being the awesome woman she always has been - and poor Shepard will realize just how stupid he is but it would be too late.

This. when you die the relationship is over. When you come back it doesn't automatically restart. Ash/kaidanare upset with you and Kaidan even moved on to another person (if i remember his email correctly) in your absence. The only me1 LI it Could be considered cheating on is Liara because she knew you were coming back but she denies your advances on Illium. bu of course how can I resist a solider who recites poetry? my only weakness.Badpie wrote...
