Ash from the funeral in my last Chapter, dressed in black and looking nice, or recieving the promotion she got in the chapter before that.Raanz wrote...
@Badpie, hey I'm a guy, I have no idea what would be comfortable. That was for her run on the beach. I'll see what I can do to fix it.
@AD I could try.....what were you thinking?
I'm going to attempt a Shep/Ash pic with guns and sheet, we'll see how that goes.

@Kemet: The thought had crossed my mind but to be honest I don't things are that problematic yet that we need to think about leaving, there are enough people on these forums who like Ash. It's not like say... youtube where everyone just yells 'racist' and then moves on.
As it stands, while it would make it easier to converse with only other Ash fans on a site dedicated to her (or maybe a VS site for both characters) it would mean that we've isolated ourselves from the rest of the community.
Frankly I think things here aren't so bad, sure there are quite a few haters but there is also a healthy percentage of fans as well.
But that's just my opinion.

Seems appropriate to repost something I wrote a loooooong time ago ....
We all know the mission, and what is at stake.
We have come to trust that Ash will be in ME3 - but I have also heard murmurs of discontent regarding where things might be going. I share your concerns.
We are trained to always be on-topic; we would be more vocal, but the old thread got locked.
Spam posting is not our way.
Think of our hero: the Gunnery Chief, who was the sole survivor of her unit on Eden Prime. Or the Operations Chief, who kept armies of angry fans at bay with a single emailed note.
These appearances do not seem to give us solace here, but they are not all that we hope for.
Before ME2, there were the old forums. We are not just an Ash support group, we are soldiers!
Our influence did nothing to help prevent her cameo, but before that we held the line!
Our influence has attracted trolls and new posters, but before that we held the line!
Our influence will (hopefully, fingers-crossed and all that) bring Ash back to ME3; in the battle today, and always WE WILL HOLD THE LINE!

Topic from the Official List of Topics: There are two type of oldest siblings. There are the ones who are mature, responsible sorts because they had to play a secondary parenting role to all the younger siblings. And then there are ones that had the rebellious streak, fighting against all their parents' expectations on their first child. I'm talking before they reach adulthood really, so what sort was Ashley? Causing some grey hairs for her poor mother or setting the example to her sisters? However she was as a teenager, she certainly took the military life seriously once she joined.
