Probably going to get a nasty note from a moderator for what I'm about to post.  But despite how I expect the forum's auto-edit to kick in to the extend my post will almost be unreadable, I somehow think the message will come across.

Holy crap! Milla you were the one who made that video tribute? That's frikkin awesome! That one and the Never Too Late one are my favorite YouTube vids. Man, "you got talent."<br />
<br />
Too bad there aren't more touchy-feely scenes of Ash in the games, one could make a tear jerker video with something like that song by Seether, "Broken."

I never heard that song before last night, but i liked it so much that i decided to make another Ash tribute vid with it.  Hope you like it! Posted Image

Holy mother ****!  **** me standing, ****ing ****.  I can't BELIEVE you pulled that off!  ****.  That was ****ing awesome.  I didn't think there were enough mushy scenes around to make something useful out of that song, but you ****ing pulled it off.  Milla you are a creative master.  And you did it after only hearing a song a few times!  ****, ****, damn, ******.
I tried to think of higher-level education words to use but none really seemed to fit the bill whereas a whole stream of more base words was already lined up and waiting to get out.
Yeah, to say we "liked it" is a bit of an understatement.

EDIT: Posted a link to the vid on the main facebook Mass Effect page.  Already getting positive reviews there too.

Asha'man X just put up the latest chapter of his awesome Dinner on the Citadel.  This chapter takes place the day after Ashley and Shepard meet up for the first time post-Horizon, and has her and Miranda chatting about things (to include Shepard).  Between this, Milla's new chapter and others this has been a great weekend.  Almost makes me forget I had to work most of it.

EDIT: Not to mention Milla pulling off the impossible with that amazing Broken piece.

What scene is that where Shepard wakes up after being shaken a couple times? That was in one of your other ones too but I don't remember it.

It's at the beginning of ME2 when Shepard wakes up in the Cerberus lab.

Silver, Milla, Asha'man X and Badpie should get together and write one epic piece. Who knows, maybe the inbred ****s at bioscare will take notice and hire them to do some REAL writing.

Reed - outstanding. That scene at the start where Ash says something about that fantasy, not gonna happen, where was that from?

PoK - Love the idea of them collaborating on a definitive fan fic. They are certainly professional enough to be hired.

We're lucky to be part of a fanbase that has many talented writers and artists, both on BSN and on FFN and DeviantArt.

I'm not trying to bring up the issue of race but, I just realized something while talking with one of my friends. He's knows that I'm a Mass Effect fan and a huge Ashley Williams fan because he has seen me play the game a thousand times. He pointed out that in all his years on this Earth, he has rarely heard of a caucasian having the last name "Williams" unless they married into it. When he said this it made me realize something. Ash's father was Black! Here's my reasoning.....we all know that her skin is darker than other caucasians. As a matter of fact, her skin tone is close to if not the same as actor Vin Diesel as well as many other biracial celebs. I watched an interview of his a while back and he stated that his mother is Italian and his father is Black. It kind of makes sense because we all know that the girl we care so much about has somewhat of a temper at times. My friend teased me that the woman I would marry would look just like Ash. Anyone who studies history knows that the Moors ruled Spain for 700 hundred years.....and in those 700 years, we pretty much guessed what happened.....A LOT, lol. Just food for thought guys and gals....what do you think. I found a link with some VERY interesting info. Check it out...All I can say is...WOW!!! Is it possible or am I just seeing something that isn't there?

Why not her mother?

Also, your reasoning doesn't really have a lot of reason in it.

Didn't we get confirmation from one of the writers back in the day that Ash was Hispanic or part Hispanic? I could totally be making that up, though.

Someone on the PC hacked the game and made where Ashley was in the place of Shepard. That was in the Bring Down The Sky DLC .... she was talking to Balak. :)

Edit: Thanks PoK and RDubs, glad you liked it.... took me forever. lmao

Yeah she looks half-Hispanic. I have seen many strikingly beautiful women who have a Hispanic mom and a Caucasian dad. Have been lucky enough to date some too, can verify "hellcat off the battlefield" too for additional data point

Yeah, I think the devs did say something about her background on the forums before. Personally I think Ash is related to 'Tennessee' Williams. He was a poet, and she likes poetry.

I always thought she was related to Leonardo DiCaprio because he was in a film called 'The beach' and she likes going for strolls on beaches?

But Tennessee Williams was more well-known as a playwright.

Hmm... what about Andy Williams since had the soul of a poet?  Or Robin Williams because she's funny?  I've always loved Moon River.

I loved it Reed![smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/lol.png[/smilie]
And Ash strikes me as liking all forms of art. Maybe Sherwin Williams could even be in the mix. You can make art with paint.
