With the flyer in all of the DA2 case advertising the Arrival I am starting to think this is going to be an expansion much like Awakening. I mean would you spend all that money to advertise a $10 DLC. If so I think are chances of seeing our favorite Marine are greatly in creased.

On the Arrival DLC, I plan to do the same thing I did I did with LotSB. That is, no Ash content, no money from me and instead I will just watch someone do the gameplay on YouTube. I believe one's pocketbook is the ultimate method of voting, and I will only vote "yes" for things with new Ash content.
While Ash is my favorite LI and among my favorite characters, the game doesn't revolve around her and has a lot to offer. LotSB was a great DLC story-wise and gameplay-wise, was very fun to play and worth the money in my opinion. I don't play ME because of Ash, I play because it's super fun. Of course it's personal, but for me Mass Effect is still the best videogame ever even without Ash in it. It's just more awesome with her.

Well, if it's very important to the story, and you want everyone to buy it, then you make sure everyone knows exactly how important it is. And also it keeps ME fans on their toes since it's the last ME content before ME3. Bioware and EA had done a great job on that department, since the "leak" and now this flyer, and we have to remember that there wasn't even any official announcement about Arrival DLC.
Now everyone is expecting this DLC so much, what are the chances that when it's finally here, you won't buy it?
Well done Marketing Department of Bioware, well done.

I don't know about you but my favorite Marine likes strolling on the beach blasting baddies with her boomstick.

I will buy the DLC/Expansion because I enjoy the game and the universe. But if Ash is not in it Bioware will definatly have to read my hate filled posts.
All I won't is some offical news about Arrival I think their Marketing Department has tortured us all enough.

Don't take it personally, I'm talking in general - I don't get it. OK, Liara fans got theirs with LotSB.
That is because Liara went after the Shadow Broker! It's her storyline! She HAD to become the new SB to set the starting point for ME3.
Ashley has a different storyline. Of course I'll be happy to see her participate as much as possible in ME content. But I won't be angry if she will not be in a DLC that doesn't concern her and her story, Just so fans will get to say "Whoooo there's Ash yeeaaahh!!"
I mean, come on. I do like Ash, I wouldn't be here if I didn't, but again, Mass Effect is more than only Ashley/Kaiden, and personally I don't get the "Ash at all cost or else" attitude regarding the next DLC.
ME3 is a different case of course.
P.S. To be honest, excluding LotSB DLC, I prefer the treatment Ashley got over Liara. I mean, Ashley is doing something, she has principles, she is emotional... while Liara sits behind a desk and tells you where to find people. If Liara was to be my LI, then I would really be upset at ME2.

Not to be a killjoy but is there any reason to think the latest DLC will even have any appareance from the Virmire Survivor in it at all?
Only wishful thinking at this point.
We have to wait until the official announcement and details from Bioware.

Maybe if I have time or feel like it, I'll fix her up and colour her in.
Anyhoo, here it is:

Hey that's pretty cool! That would be Ash with a shorter haircut and a slightly different chin! Don't worry, that is a good sketch by my standards. There's a reason i write, and it's because I can't drawNuav wrote...
Welp, I did not mean to make this on purpose. It was supposed to be something else but slowly turned into Ashley (or an Ashley look-a-like, dunno). I know it looks derpy and a bit weird but I honestly don't know what else to do with it. I know there's problems with her mouth, nose, eyes, and ears but I can't be bothered to fix them. I know she has a bun but I didn't feel like placing it on her. Don't ask why her face is up like that because I don't know myself--it's a weird sketch.

I can't do either--I'm a horrible writer and drawer, just that (Ash wannabe) came out decent enough to look human, lol.
Okay, to contribute; I always(90%) save Ashley.

Given that volume#4 of the Mass Effect: Evolution comic is only due out in April, and that its storyline is related to both the Alliance and the origins of Cerberus, I doubt the Arrival DLC will be released before then, as Earth has to become involved sometime between now and the release of ME3.

I was thinking of a late May early June release for this Arrival DLC. That is about half way between supposed ME3 release and the "Leak." Plus that gives the people time to completely analyse the arrival of the reapers.

I feel the same way Funkcase! If we get more Ash in Arrival or if we have to wait for ME3, we will get what's coming to us within the year. Bow before the greatness of Ashley! lol! (sorry guys, i'm in a goofy mood today.
