I'm thinking pretty much what everyone else has said... she smacks him upside the head, tells him to get a grip, and then goes back to work.  But I also think that she'd be worried enough about him panicking like that to want to talk him through his fears in a quiet moment.

...and since my sense of humor is twisted, I immediately think of the "hysterical passenger" scene from Airplane!
Ash: Snap out of it, Skipper! *slap* *slap*
Chakwas: You're needed in the armory, Chief.
Ash: Okay.
Chakwas: It's going to *slap* be alright *punch*
Miranda: Doctor, there's an emergency in the medbay...

etc., etc....

I think her first words would be "What is that doing on the Normandy.":huh:
I could see her wanting to disable it at first.Then Shep would eventually talk her out of it.

I expect Ashley would be concerned about an AI being on board. But then so were Joker and Tali so it's not like it's uncommon to be concerned by an AI.
I think once she gets past that, she may be able to get along with EDI just fine, I especially wonder if maybe prolonged conversation with EDI and Legion might eventually lead her to ask questions about what really constitutes a being as 'being alive' and whether that can technically classify to machines.
If nothing else, it would be cool to see what her philosophy on such a notion is.

Also to the poster a while ago that pointed out that Ash is undeniably a bit kinky... well.... My Shepard approves of said statement., Very much.

I think she would be okay with it.  I mean, she would be on a Cerberus ship with an active Geth going after near-indestructable machines, so it probably wouldn't be her biggest concern.

Jacob: pretty mixed seeing that he jumped from the Allaince to Cerberus, but they shared Eden Prime so she'd give him the benefit of the doubt
Miranda: might like her if she abandon's Cerberus if not then she'd be wary of her.
Grunt: she might call him Wrex Junior and commend Shepard on his battling skills.
Thane: she might have tons of respect for him for his skills in battle.
Garrus: an old friend, she'd be grateful for him being by Shepard's side through all of this.
Tali: see Garrus
Zaeed: no idea actually
Kasumi: she might be weirded out by her perky personality but come to respct her skills in battle.
Legion: she'd come to understand him....at gun point anyway.
Samara: She'd also have a respect for her following of the Justicar code.
Jack: might think she'd just nuts depending in if shepard changed her or not.

I'm forgetting someone I know....

If Ash is a sqadmate in ME3, she won't be serving on a Cerberus ship in my canon playthrough. My Shep is putting on his full dress blues and going back to face the "music".  I don't think she'll mind who is on the  
squad, or EDI for that matter. As long as she is able to once again "watch Skippers back", all will be good.

She will probably be amused at EDI and Jokers' banter.

Saw Ashley...God dammit. I'm really regretting that, despite SIX different Shepards, I don't have one that belongs to Ashley. My Sheploo/Badass Shep was with her then went to Tali. Renegade/Male was with Liara (then went to Miranda). Paragon Male nuked her. Guess I need another pair of Sheps. A male to remain loyal to Ashley...Why did they have to let her hair down?
