That's an awful nice thought..   It would be awesome if something like that were to actually happen.  Both of those things.  I read somewhere (can't for the life of me remember where) that Kim Brooks is fairly aware of Ash's impact on the ME fans.. the good and the bad..   Can't remember much more than that at the moment though..

Ah, Gaydan and Femshepley. What was the reason for the cut? Time constraints? ME3 would be a very good opportunity to fix that. I think someone made an argument here last week about that being a retcon? I don't think so, since it's never been stated that they're straight. Just that they have a thing for opposite gender Shepard.

couldn't, because I chose to play as Femshep due to her better VA.

Nah. The game was already made and out by then.  Generally speaking I think it was just constraints of some kind.  I'd be all for my Femshep being able to romance Ash in ME3, even if she hasn't been established in canon as bisexual.  I think in some circumstances people just fall in love with the person and I don't see it as that big of a stretch for Ashley to have developed feelings for Shepard if you so choose to make the option available in your playthrough.


EDIT:  I also ship Mshep and Kaidan.  Majorly.  Though I only have one mshep and he's gaga over Ash so...

that's pretty much how I made Ashley in my story. She has a thing for Shepard, I doubt she'd be into Liara if she expressed interest and not even when you take into account that she's an alien too. It's ashame femshepley was never given it's fair chance nd that's amde some people get leery eyed around it.

I hate overanalyzing pictures/videos. It brings me back to the months before Halo Reach was coming out where the forums were abuzz (is that even a word) with peoples new finds after they had gone frame by frame through a 10 minute video.

This photo is hard to analyze though because the lighting and angle are different then any Ashley picture I could find. I guess gradually the series has gotten lighter (color wise) because pics from ME1 looked a lot darker than the ME3 screen shot. A lot. Maybe that is why her hair appears lighter. That and the considerable difference in detail and polygon count on her new model.

ME1 was dark as hell unless you turned up the gamma. That's why I liked the SR-2; it didn't feel like I was in a closet

Especially the romance scenes. I couldn't tell who was grabbing what because of how dark it was

Alright, I'm stumped. Just saw Kaidan's picture on Game Informer. How come Kaidan gets full armour while she gets a form fitting suit? (What kind of uniform has plated shoulders?) Kaidan's a sentinel, which would mean he would need more manouverability for his biotics while Ash is a soldier, as in kinetic barriers and hardsuits.

It's amazing how lame ME1's graphics look when you've played ME2. I bought both last month, and played the former.. three times, before I moved on to ME2. When I went back to ME1 do some extra quests and such, the lighting looked awful

On my TV (big ass CRT with good resolution) the lighting is really good usually. Not like some Plasmas today where it is way to bright or some of the older CRTs where it is really crappy quality and dark so I didn't notice the darkness as often. Instead I got this weird grainy like... what's the word I'm looking for? Well it has some graininess to it.

Can't wait to see the fully realized HD Ash!

On a totally unrelated note, I love the Collector ship music (whatever it's called but it plays whenever the ship appears). I hope Clint Mansell can bring his awesome movie music to ME3. Requiem for a Dream anyone?

It's probably a pretty touchy subject.  Though Ash has a habit of just blurting out stuff.  My romance with Ash in ME1 had quite a few spirited argumentative interactions.  It was awesome.

Though there's other stuff and some editing in here, you get the idea.
