I wonder if Ash will say anything along the lines of I told you so to Shep (about Cerberus). She is mature but maybe playfully. Though I don't know if playfully is an option when the joke is trying to kill you.

It's probably a pretty touchy subject.  Though Ash has a habit of just blurting out stuff.  My romance with Ash in ME1 had quite a few spirited argumentative interactions.  It was awesome.

Though there's other stuff and some editing in here, you get the idea.

 I miss that voice. Hell, I miss all the ME1 character voices. It's not that there voice actors are necessarily better but the dialogue is vastly superior (considering there were only 5 characters).

I was going to start a new ME1 playthrough and romance a certain Asari but that seems harder and harder to do the closer and closer I get to starting a new game. Damn it Ashley why must you be better than Liara!

That's why I refuse to believe Bioware is going to mess with her character. It is so well written. Why mess with perfection? In my opinion, Ash is the best written character in the whole series!!! Thanks for putting the link up Badpie. It's nice to hear her voice and you did a nice job of editing.

I've decided I'll post little snippets of Guns and Pems when I'm working on Chapters. just to give people a taste of what it's about. so here's something from the upcoming Chapter, hope you like it and feed back would be nice.

 
“Come on Williams, you’re sloppy!” the subtle Texas accented voice flew across the mat of the boxing ring in the Alliance Barracks on the Citadel. Captain Bishop, the Captain of the vessel that answered the Normandy SR-1’s distress signal during the collector attack, had struck a bond with Ashley and even had her assigned to his unit. Today was their weekly spar and Bishop was wiping the floor with her, a rare occurrence indeed.

“I’ll show you slop-“ Ash’s retort was cut short by a hard left hook that bishop shot from the blind spot ash created for herself by preparing a job, and it knocked her flat on her back.

“-py?” Bishop finished for her, before extending his hand. “You can tell me what’s eating you after you hit the showers.” Ash nodded as Bishop helped her to her feet.

Although I can never get into Tali...she whines a little to much for my taste but to each his/her own.

Ash was made with sugar and spice and with all these pics I cant wait for Mass3.

I just hope those lovely eyes are with Shep the entire game.....with garrus tagging along and the game will be GOTY for me.

This is simply not true. Miranda does not defend every one of Cerberus' actions. Also, she does not defend Cerberus' experiments on Jack. She merely refuses to apologize to Jack for something she had no part in. It was Miranda's self-respect that kept her from apologizing, not her belief that the experiments on Jack were justified.

O_O For the same reason you hate Miranda, I'd say. Not taking the time to explore the character, making harsh, quick judgements. I don't particularly like Miranda either, but the reason she defends Cerberus is pretty much the same as Ash not trusting aliens : she doesn't know any better.
Ash's family reputation was destroyed by Turians. She also has never encountered them before the Normandy.
Miranda was raised in a very sheltered life. When she got the courage to run away, Cerberus was the first people besides Niket who was nice to her.
Also: Kill her in ME2, that's what I did. Half the team wiped out

Shadow, weren't you the one saying that bioware screwed us with horizion? How can you find it hard to believe that people think it's unreasonable when you think that?

2 years after his death, he reappears. You think Ash would stay a little longer and have more to say. Instead after saving her life she acts like she does and leaves quickly. She doesn't give Shepard time to explain. I think it's normal to find it an unreasonable response.

People do not act 100% logically in heightened emotional states. For instance, most people were so angry about the Horizon scene that they didn't stop to think about it logically.

And couples who have a fight or two often tend to be stronger for it. (Not saying that Shepard and Ashley fit the rigorous technical definition of a 'couple' at the time of Horizon, but I think the analogy is close enough.)

I approve and subscribe to this mindset.

Ashley is very, very kissable.

Evidence? The big picture on this page of Ashley looking at the camera.

Also as for all the Horizon stuff, eh whatever. I understand her viewpoint and that as an Alliance soldier and loyalist at that, it's not surprising that Ashley chose to stay in the Alliance. I don't blame her.

Ashley holds her own views and values, and she sticks by them even if things get unpleasant. When you take away that conviction, that self-determination, you get a character who is defined only by their relationship to Shepard and lose a lot of depth. In essence, you get ME2's Tali.

I'm not even going to bring up the "she's still an Alliance soldier and can't just dally off to wherever" angle because frankly people should know that by now.
