Also, in thepost Super Horizon chaos ashley ended up hooking up with her former Captain (during Shepard's death) Captain John Bishop and all of his Texas Cowboy goodness. So she's got her own lover while my shepard is with Miranda.

That is not a large family.

I'm one of four (oldest of them, how about that) and I get that sometimes. It doesn't seem like much to me, but people are having less children. I would imagine that sort of thing in the ME universe would vary depending on the area. So, maybe it's not a big family for a colonist, but it is very much so for spacers. If your Shepard is of spacer background, actually, I think she says something like "It's a wonder we even have kids anymore," in regards to military families.

For any normal person, this would be a concern.

However, Shepard is the Grand Galactic Badass, and Ash is his Queen.  That changes everything, don't ya know?

...Ahem, but yes. Obviously there's a lot of work to do before said baby-making, but I am all for it. When the time is right. After all, those two bloddlines need to continue. Not using those genes...that would just be a crime!

I'm not sure if I would go that far about Tali and Liara. Maybe a...little needy, but not dependent. All the women in this series are very capable on their own, which is great. Still, there is something about Ash...

One thing I like is that there's no fixing involved. Not the way I play it, anyway. There is some influencing involved with her trusting issues, in one direction or the other, but for the most part, she remains the person at the core. There's no saving or averted self destruction, she and Shepard are (mostly) well adjusted adults and they accept one another.

I don't know why he'd approach Ash in the first place.

I mean really, who needs women/men when you've got Calibrations?

Shepard's brain was boiled inside that pot helmet of his, yet somehow he's sterile? I think not!

Besides, he could have always had his gametes presereved before that. Anything can happen when you're out in the frontiers of galactic civilisation fighting evil robots and crazy aliens.

She let me use him for Ash's arc (he was the captain of the ship that picked up the Normandy's survivors) It's funny because everyone in this " love square" knows each other since bishop is N7 he and Kallen are friends. Should make for some interesting drama when I get tot he end of ME2.

Wow. This makes her look even *more* like Erica Cerra then she already does. And that's not a bad thing in the slightest. Damn...sometimes I really hate being torn between two Love Interests...Darn you BioWare and your brilliant Characters!

um, not necissarily. I may joke about it, but for Kallen a one person woman. She'll end it before cheating and Horizon was treated as a tseudo break up since both parties think it's over....but it has just begun!

I always took Ash as possibly a Action and Comedy fan when it comes to movies. She seems like the type who would roll her eyes at Romantic Comedies and Horror movies.
