I'd recognize that voice anywhere.  Looks like Ash is indeed a Lieutenant now.

Ugh. She looks great and all, but I really hope she can still wear armor and tie her hair back(or at least wear a helmet). One of the reasons I like Ashley in ME1 is because she looks like she's ready to fight.
