Okay, I'm a little late on this, but everyone take a looksee at Ash's jumpsuit fron the E3 footage and the one here.  They're the exact same thing with a different color scheme!  Again, check out Liara's labcoat getup and look at this.(Clearly she is emulating Samara here, but you can still see the end of her coat if you look closely.)  This is probably not the only alternate outfit, maybe the loyalty one or an add-on or something.  Needless to say, she WILL be wearing armor in ME3
