I honestly think she like techno and all that stuff judging by her dancing in Flux, she seems like a party girl when she aint on duty. But she may like classical ect other stuff when she is at home. But i suppose in some way her character can make her like any sort of music, she might like any sort of music. One dosent have to be confine themselves to just one genre of music. It that year there is bound to be new different genres there arent today.

This is true. Musical tastes usually run a spectrum, and you're right, Ash does seem to have a bit of a party girl in her, so she obviously doesn't hate techno.

Like you guys said, I'm betting she listens to pretty much everything.  I also imagine her as a muscial theater dork.  I think if they have a future-day equivalent of an iPod, she'd have a good smattering of show tunes on there.  Buuttt, it could just be me.
Also - hi, I'm Silver, and I'm the rude one.  Welcome to all the shiny new folks and old folks who've come back to v visit us again.  Please keep stopping by - It's up to us to hold the line, and Ash is worth it.

I think she'd like a bit of everything.  She probably wouldn't listen to classical music when others are around, seeing as it might lower their opinion of the "tough girl".  However, what is classical now will hardly be classical 180 years from now.  Maybe disco would be classical? Also, is this our slogan?

Good (although terrifying) point.  Disco as classical?  *shudder*

I also agree that if she probably wouldn't be open about liking anything that cuts into her "tough" persona - we got enough of a taste of that regarding her love of poetry.

Also, yes - "Ash is worth it" is sort of our slogan around these parts.  Hard to disagree with it, though, because she is! Posted Image

Yeah i think the whole ''Ash is worth it'' slogan is due to the wait for ME3 and staying loyal to her, becuase come on, Ash IS worth it Posted Image

alright folks fresh out of the the off topic thread back by popular demand......A NEW TOPIC FROM THE LIST WOOOT!!!! *crowd roars loudly in approval* thats right ladies and gentlemen its here, you ASKED and we LISTENED take notes bioware give the people what they want.*croud roars even louder in aproval* alright, alright settle down, settel down lets get this party stared.

Now as we all know,In Ashley's file, her prevoius surperior officers have prasied her leadership ablities, and her subordinates have stated she is also a good leader. Do you think ashley is a good leader? If she was in ME2 as a sqaudmate, do you think she would be able to lead her team safely through the Collector base on the suicide mission?

i think she is a great leader, and if you could of brought her through the mission with you, i know she would of been my one choice to send as my second team leader im not sure about the rest of yal but thats how i feel.

We don't know much about her squad leadership abilities outside of her file, but her interactions with Saresh Bhatia seem to reinforce that she's "tough but fair" and caring.  She also does well by the salarians - and I think that she steps into a kind of leadership role with them if Kirrahe dies.  I'd say she's a good leader in all.

As for the second part of the question, given that Jacob is one of the game-sanctioned fire team leaders, absolutely.  She's no less qualified than he is.

I think she is a great leader, just lacking in expirence. Although im sure she has that expierence now, and if not she should by ME3. Heck the Alliance knew Horizon may get attacked next and they sent Ash out there alone Posted Image. I think that shows she has gaind a tremendous amount of expierence and she would be a team leader on the suicide mission if she was in ME2. She also works well with the Salarian squad she seems to be leading (she is giving the orders to her squad) in ME1 if you pick her to go with the Salarians. Her squad die at the very start of ME1 from a ambush, but then she had little expierence and they were surronded, outnumbered and it was a surpirse attack. It was a miracle she did'nt die. She makes good decisons, tough but she always seems to be right.

i am afraid that they sent Ash on Horizon more because she was in Shepards team rather then evaluatin her on her skill

Also she blames herself when people die arround her, civillian or a fellow soldier, she will give her life for any soldier. And she will be damn determined to make sure nobody dies under her command. Ash is a great leader.

Yes, but still alone, Anderson even approved of it. If Anderson and Shepard see greatness in you, you are great.

i belive ashley is a great leader.her superiors obviously think so the constantly put her in command of sqauds through out the games. She was in command of her unit on Eden prime, and she leads the salarians very well and the alliance obviously thinks high enough of her too send her alone into the terminus too defend a colony.i really think in ME3 if shes not a sqaud mate she needs too be a admiral in command of an entire fleet or a genarle in charge of entire armys.

She was in command of her squad, Kirahe and Shepard was in command of the operation. But Ash still played her part as a commanding officer on that mission, showing she is a good leader.

the team splits into three smaller teams kirahe only leads one team, ash leads another and the last team is lead by a  some other random salarian.

through all my ME1 plays i never realised there were three teams....i always thought they were two..given how when u go save the salarians there is only one group of them...never thought they might have united before reaching there
