Just had an idea about something now that the XBOX360 can handle using USB flash drives for game storage.

Would anyone else like seeing an option for games to possibly be on USB drives with an activation code that ties the game to their XBOX Live account like the current Games on Demand games do?

That way we don't have to worry about disc swapping anymore since the game will be entirely digital for the format.

Just me thinking crazy thoughts here...

depends on if the flash drives are write locked or not & also they'd be keeping them stored the same was as physical discs now, which is normally under lock & key.

definitely make it interesting for used game sales, since the initial key would be used up, therefore making it necessary to purchase a new one from the publisher.  much like they're doing with cerberus network, etc, right now.
