My secret pleasure is watching MMA on television and feeling very manly about it. Also, I like watching pro wrestling, either on television or attending shows put on by local indie wrestling promotions.

No way, i would of never of guessed you to be a fellow MMA fan. Who's your favriote fighter mr Woo?

I don't know if I have a favourite, but being Canadian, I have to suppost my man GSP. I also enjoy the likes of BJ Penn and some of the classic fighters like Couture (who also happens to have a partnership with the Edmonton Rush lacrosse team). HDnet frequently broadcasts a variety of fights from lots of different promotions and leagues, some of which happened in Edmonton's own River Cree Casino! I liks Bodog Fight, mostly because they have a women's division, and a lot of the stuff out of Japan.

Good choices, BJ penn, GSP and couture are all amazing fighters, especially couture, being life 40 and still whooping ass in the otacon. The MMA scene is japan is huge as well, i've only been in Tokyo a few months and there all fanatical about the stuff. I used to watch all the BAMMA ( british accociation mixed martial arts ) when i was in the U.K. that was fairly low leauge stuff, worlds apart from the UFC, but sometimes it was better, its not all about stratergy in the lower leagues like it is in the UFC which i find is better some time. Now i'll stop de-railing this thread and let y'all carry on Image IPB

being serious now, i like to watch bad movies.

and i don't mean "so bad it's good", like the Evil Dead series (but of course i love those as well). i mean, painfully, "why am i watching this" bad movies. like Troll 2 and Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus.

i still have tthe Ginger Dead Man and Slumber Party Massacre in my mental queue. i'll get around to it sometime :P

though i have yet to watch a single Uwe Boll movie.

Add 'Black Sheep' to your list of bad movies you need to see...

Black Sheep is amazing and yes I know you're referring to the genetically modified sheep movie and not the Chris Farley gold plated cinematic experience of a lifetime. Muy bueño. If you're looking for ironically bad horror get the instant queue netflix ones. Guaranteed bad.;)

I find my guilty pleasures in watching "bad" TV shows like Chuck and White Collar. Not very well written or directed but that's part of the appeal I guess. Out in the real world...video games and a love for fantasy/sci-fi would be my guilty pleasure, but not here, I'm right at home here.

I concur, "Black Sheep" was awesome.
I would also recommend "The Mangler", a Stephen king about a haunted laundry folding machine.

Guilty pleasures. AKA Schadenfreude.

I get intense amounts of glee when the Vancouver Canucks lose. Said glee is cumulatively increased when I see the dejection on the faces of their fans.

I guess this happens to be one of my pleasures in life. To lurk about in forums and laugh at pathetic attention ****s that can do nothing but pull on each others pud.

To laugh at these same people that think they are witty or funny. To rush into a thread to derail or spam it, and then to laugh even harder when the same children wonder why they catch bans or their threads get shut down.

P.S.
Waffles (ya it is not so secret)

I have this nasty habit of chewing plastic. Seriously it's like gum to me...I blame this on those stupid wax lips and those little bottles full of colored sugar water.

He is. XD He plays Brennan's dad on the show. I hadn't made that connection until reading your post. That makes the character so unintentionally funny now. :pinched:

I love it when people call me by other words other than my name, ie: dear, darling, sir, and Mr. Especially when its a pretty lady.
