I forgot which email address I used for ME2 and entered the wrong one ingame. Now I've got the right one ready to go, but I can't access that screen. It just asks for my cerberus code which, upon entering, says that it's already in use. So, outside of deleting all info including saved game files how do I do this? I've already bought everything, don't want to buy it twice.

Just go to online options and set it so that you do NOT automatically log in. Exit the game and restart it. You should be prompted to log in. Do so with the correct e-mail address and enjoy.
