In-Store Pickup / Store Customers: A rave card containing a code for the Memory Ring and Feral Wolf Charm will be available at time of purchase.

When i bought the game i didn't get the rave card.So should i run down to the store and ask for it.Or do i wait for the game to come out and they give me the card?????????

I think it will be shipped with the copies that are getting shipped to Gamestop. Most pre-order bonuses I've gotten from Gamestop don't come in until the game is shipped to the store. You might want to call them occasionally and see if they got them in.
