I'm having a serious bug after the Landsmeet. Despite killing Loghain outright and letting Anora take the throne, I'm unable to get Alistair in my party anymore - his spot is empty. Going to Redcliffe gives me dialog in which people address Loghain, who is not in my party, as if he is totally in my party. The avatar is invisible and again, he's not in my party, he's deader than Duncan. After the dialog is done, Alistair is not with the rest of my party.
I've tried replaying the Landsmeet to see if that would correct the bug, but no dice. Alistair is removed after the Landsmeet and there's no visible reason why.
Keep losing Alistair post-Landsmeet

Are you running any mods or have anything in your override folder that may interfere with the Landsmeet sequence?

As far as I know, no. But this is what I'm running:
Dialog Tweaks v.93a
Morrigan Restoration Patch v1.0.11
Qwinn's DAO Fixpack v 2.0
Innodil's Pocket Plane
More Hairstyles
CC's Extra Tints and Tones
Alley of Murders v1.01e
Zevran Dialog Fix v1.7
None of these should be kicking anyone out and Qwinn's should be shutting Loghain up.

I thought Qwinn's Fixpack and ZDF fix the same things, so they should conflict. Have you tried taking them all out before you load the savegame?

The above all run fine together, assuming you are using the DT compatible versions of Zevran Dialog Fix and Morrigan Restoration Patch.
Qwinn's DAO Fixpack v 2.0, which is for the 1.03 patch only, doesn't run well on patch 1.02, and may be causing conflicts with other mods. At this stage it is primarily dialog changes so if you are happy with the other two mods why are you using it? Most of the changes are already in the Zev Dialog Fix.
AFAIK, Qwinn's DAO Fixpack is not DT compatible.
To eliminate which mod is causing your problems try removing them one at a time. I can't see any reason why Alley of Murders would be interfering, but try removing that if removing Qwinn's DAO Fixpack doesn't fix things.

Thanks for the suggestions above! This was happening to me too, unless I made Alistair king (then he didn't disappear). Making Anora the sole queen led to Alistair not being available for selection when I left the Arl's Denerim estate and afterwards.
I uninstalled Quinn's fixpack, did a force-load, and when I exited Eamon's then, Alistair was still available. Very odd, but Quinn's pack was the culprit for me. Uninstalling it at this point is not a problem, since I have the dialog fixes (DT, Morrigan, ZDF) already - I mostly had Quinn's installed for the multiple side-quest bug fixes, but I'm past everything but the endgame now so I don't need it.
Thanks again for the tips! I was starting to freak out a little until I found this thread. While making Alistair king wouldn't have been the end of the world, it would be OOC for my character, so I didn't want to be forced to go that route just to keep him in the party!

I don't have any of that stuff installed but I made Alistair the king. He's not showing up after the Landsmeet for me and it's bugging the rest of the game; I can't advance without him. I doubt that any of my overrides are causing the problem but I've got a lot. However, it seems that there are so many people having the same problem that it doesn't seem that mods or overrides are to blame.
