i have a save file but id like to start a new game as male shep for second play through. But if i dont use a save what is the basic setting that is taken from mass effect 1? like does sheperd save the council or kill ashleyaor kaye that kinda thing. or is it just randomly generated set of events?

Basically it removes almost all characters that it could possibly remove so that new players in ME 2 would not get confused, this includes the Council and Wrex.



Ashley is alive if you play as a male while Kaidan is alive if you play as a female.

sweet makes my story the opposite exept the ashley part couse i want to play male this time and i killed kayle as fem shep but sweet none the less ty
