i've been trying to import my me1 data into mass effect 2 but its not picking this up could this be a issue cause i have mass effect 1 platinum hits with bonus disc bring down the sky ?

when i launch the Mass effect 1 import utlity and select my hard drive it doesn't come up with any mass effect 1 clear data but yet i can still go back and play mess effect 1 with no problems

if you made a NG+ with a char after finishing, then that char cannot be transfered, see if you have a save just before beating saren, kill him then after the credits put 2 in. i have platnium hits and had no problems.

problem has been fixed beat mass effect 1 again and i was able to import the data into mass effect 2

Figured i'd just ask in an existing thread as there are probably quite a few relating to this open somewhere. Like a lot of people I've had to switch 360 consoles and have since lost my saves from ME1. Im planning on doing another play through on ME1 to transfer to ME2. Are there any issues with the downloadable ME1 on Live Marketplace and transferring the file from the downloaded version to ME2?
